What You’ll Do
- Lead shifts and support daily restaurant operations
- Coach and motivate team members to deliver great guest service
- Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards are met
- Assist with training, scheduling, and team development
- Resolve guest concerns and create positive dining experiences
- Support inventory, labor management, and cost control
- Help execute promotions, marketing initiatives, and community events
What We’re Looking For
- Previous restaurant or hospitality leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication and team leadership skills
- Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for guest service and team development
- Availability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
- ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain shortly after hire)
