At Village Inn, we're looking for a passionate and energetic Restaurant Manager who thrives on creating exceptional guest experiences, developing high-performing teams, and driving operational excellence. In this role, you'll partner closely with the General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, build a positive culture, and help deliver the outstanding hospitality our guests have come to expect.

What You'll Do:
Build and Lead Great Teams!
- Create a positive, engaging work environment by modeling our Vision, Values, and Culture.
- Inspire and motivate team members to deliver outstanding service while fostering teamwork and accountability.
- Coach, train, and develop team members through hands-on leadership and continuous feedback.
- Identify and nurture future leaders, helping team members grow into Certified Trainers and other advancement opportunities.
- Conduct daily pre-shift meetings and maintain open, professional communication with all team members.
- Assist with recruiting and hiring efforts to attract top talent to the organization.
Deliver Exceptional Guest Experiences
- Lead each shift with a guest-first mindset, ensuring every guest feels welcomed, valued, and appreciated.
- Drive operational excellence through proper execution of company standards, recipes, food safety, and sanitation procedures.
- Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally, turning challenges into opportunities to build loyalty.
- Support local store marketing initiatives and community engagement opportunities.
Drive Operational Success
- Partner with the General Manager to achieve sales, profitability, and operational goals.
- Lead efficient shift execution while maintaining high standards for cleanliness, quality, and service.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, food safety requirements, and applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
- Help create a culture of accountability by delegating responsibilities, following up on expectations, and celebrating success.
- Support inventory, purchasing, labor management, and overall restaurant performance initiatives.
